Dark Matterは、コーヒー生産者との深い関係を築いています。その関係性の深さは、Stellar Bloomにも表れています。Dropsのために作られたカスタムブレンドで、2つの生産者から仕入れることでバランスと丸みのある甘さを実現しています。ペルー山岳地帯の女性経営協同組合Las Damasと、コロンビアのアンティオキアにある家族経営の農園Finca Santa Bárbara。後者は、Dark Matterが約10年にわたり調達してきた農園です。

The dark cherry note is exactly what I hoped for—it comes through bright but doesn’t overpower the chocolate finish. I’ve been brewing it in my French press every morning, and it’s got just the right weight for these cooler spring days.
This has that perfect full-bodied feel without being heavy or bitter. The baking spice note really comes through in the morning, making it a nice change from my usual dark roast.
The dark cherry and semisweet chocolate flavors come through nicely without being too sweet, and the body is just right for an afternoon cup. I’ve been brewing it in my French press and it holds up well, smooth from start to finish.
