このコーヒーは、エチオピアのグジ地区シャキソ地区にあるティマという小区画で栽培されました。豊富な降雨量と高地が、エチオピア最高級のコーヒーを生み出します。イチゴ、スイカズラ、タンジェリン、赤いチェリー、キャンディーのような甘さを感じられ、滑らかな口当たり、弾けるような柑橘系の酸味、そしてライムのハードキャンディーのような余韻が特徴です。絶品です！

Brewed a cup this morning and the strawberry note was unmistakable—almost like the coffee equivalent of a fruit tea. The high-altitude terroir really shines through, giving it a clean, bright finish that I keep craving.
Brewed this as a pour-over yesterday and the floral aroma filled the whole kitchen before I even took a sip. The high-altitude Guji terroir really comes through—sweet, delicate, with that strawberry brightness lingering on the finish.
The strawberry and honeysuckle notes really came through in my V60, and the cup stayed sweet even as it cooled. This is the kind of Guji coffee that makes you slow down and actually taste what you're drinking.
