First batch I brewed had that deep, winey sweetness you only get from Pink Bourbon, and it felt good knowing the beans came from a plot granted through Huila’s indigenous community program. Ground them coarse for my pour-over and the cup stayed clean all the way down.
The Pink Bourbon beans from this Huila lot brewed up sweet and round, with a clean finish that lasted well after my mug was empty. Knowing it came from an indigenous community grant makes the cup feel that much more meaningful.
First sip and I immediately noticed how clean and sweet it is — that Pink Bourbon really shines through. Knowing it comes from a small plot granted through that indigenous community program makes every cup feel a little more meaningful.
