The Ethiopian notes in Good Tidings really shine through—that sugared violet sweetness makes it feel like a proper treat in the morning. Both bags are gone quicker than I'd like, but that says something about how enjoyable they were.
The Good Tidings blend brews up exactly as promised—that sugared violet note is subtle but really comes through as it cools, making it a nice change from my usual dark roast. Having two different blends in one box made it easy to pick something for both morning and afternoon cups.
