This washed Peruvian medium roast has such a clean, balanced cup—the body is silky without being heavy, and it cools down to a sweet, almost tea-like finish. I keep coming back to it for my afternoon pour-over, and it's already earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

The bright acidity really comes through in the first sip — makes for a fantastic morning cup, especially when I brew it as a pour-over. You can taste the care that went into sourcing and roasting it.

I brewed this as a pour-over and was immediately struck by how clean and bright the flavor comes through—no muddiness at all. The medium roast is perfectly balanced for my morning routine, and it’s great knowing it supports a partnership with the Yungas Coffee Project.
