Cherry Pick은 바바부단기리 지역의 라트나기리 농장에서 재배되며, 1927년부터 파트레 가문이 소유해 왔습니다. 3대째 재배자인 Ashok Patre는 1,200미터 고도에서 체리를 후추, 카다몸과 함께 그늘 재배합니다. 체리는 스테인리스 스틸 탱크에서 세심한 혐기성 천연 발효 과정을 거쳐 이 로트의 특징인 핵과류의 단맛과 시럽 같은 바디감을 잠급니다.
