The first bag lasted me two weeks, and I've already got another on the way. That cooperative sourcing really shows in the cup—it's got a smooth, balanced character that makes my morning pour-over feel like a small ritual.
I keep coming back to this one from the cooperative in Western Ethiopia—it’s the kind of cup that makes you slow down. Even as it cools, the sweetness holds up nicely, which is rare for a light roast. Definitely my new go-to for a quiet morning.
The floral aroma hit me the second I opened the bag, and that familiar cooperative brightness from Nano Challa really comes through in every cup. It brews clean and sweet, with a finish that lingers just long enough to make the next sip feel urgent.
