I’m not usually one to geek out over processing methods, but this honey process Parainema is so clean and sweet that I get it now. Brewed a pour-over and the cup had this soft, syrupy body that made me slow down and actually taste it.
Opened the bag and the honey process Parainema smells incredible—sweet and almost floral, nothing like the usual grocery store stuff. This is my third order of it since I first tried it in 2021, and somehow it keeps getting smoother.
