Cherry Pick 產自巴巴布丹吉里地區的 Ratnagiri 莊園，自 1927 年起由 Patre 家族世代經營。第三代種植者 Ashok Patre 在海拔 1,200 公尺處，將咖啡櫻桃與胡椒、小荳蔻一同進行遮蔭栽種。這些咖啡櫻桃經過不鏽鋼槽中嚴謹的厭氧自然發酵，鎖住此批次特有的核果甜味與糖漿般醇厚口感。

The cherry and pepper intercropping gives this coffee a subtle complexity I haven't found in other single-origin beans. It brews smooth with no bitterness, even on a second steep.
